The Woven Way
Weaving knowledge, research, and lived experience
Who
we are
The Woven Way is a neuroaffirming space dedicated to helping families weave lives that feel safe, connected, and sustainable.
We bring together evidence-based knowledge, deep respect for lived experience, and a gentle, collaborative approach. Our work supports parents, children, and communities to understand their strengths, honour their needs, and create environments where everyone can thrive.
The Woven Way is led by Alice Greenwood — a speech pathologist, parent coach, researcher, educator, and mother of neurodivergent children. Alice draws on her professional training, years of supporting families, and her own lived experience navigating neurodivergence, disability, education, and family wellbeing.
Her work is grounded in compassion, clarity, and practicality—support that is deeply informed, deeply human, and genuinely sustainable.
Through writing, research, coaching, and community education, The Woven Way offers a place for families to learn, reflect, and grow at a pace that feels right. We don’t offer quick fixes; we walk alongside families as they build understanding, confidence, and connection, one thread at a time.
